You can come at any time when you least expect it. For some women, they are so bad that they generally do not walk.

But for others, food brings them. And not just certain products. Virtually all species from each food group can trigger a kind of lightning reaction.

Meals turn into a new form of torture.

To avoid the above products, you should also add lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains to your diet. Phytoestrogens found in fermented soybeans, as well as flaxseed, are good for relieving hot flashes.

During perimenopause the estrogen level begins to decrease. In a perfect world, this decline is gradual and the symptoms are manageable. We are sure that you may experience some hot flushes as a result of a decrease in estrogen levels, but you can not handle them.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for many of us. The symptoms we experience during our perimenopause can be numerous and quite serious. Some women spend these pre-menopausal years in agony, as their hormones decrease sharply and fluctuate dramatically.

Why is that?

This is actually a combination of factors. Women are currently exposed to more toxins and more stress than ever before. These toxins or xenochormones, as they are called, have a negative effect on our hormones and on stress. These two factors as well as a poor diet can really match our estrogen and progesterone levels.

The good news is that if you change your diet, reducing the effects of the hormone that hurts the toxins, and keeping your stress under control, you will experience fewer symptoms of perimenopause. Even some supplements can have a positive effect and relieve your hottest flashes.
